We collaborated with the Rong Design Library to launch the Textile Possibility project, which aims to document, 

organize, study, and summarize the finer points of traditional fabrics and crafts. The collaboration also includes 

promoting these fabrics and crafts by combining modern design and advanced manufacturing technology, 

as well as introducing this precious cloth culture to a wider audience. Each year will have a theme, and the origins of 

traditional fabrics across China will be traced to create an annual research summary of relevant fabrics.

Documentary

Three documentaries about traditional fabrics, craftsmanship, and the stories of people behind them: Behind the fabrics are those who have been weaving for generations, those who live on this land and are working quietly. While gathering information on fabrics , we also documented the people, crafts, and the lives of those who work with fabrics in the hopes of spreading emotion and humanistic values through a video documentary.

The Tap Cloth’s Full Potential project is a five-year research project that focuses on a wide range of fabrics, from basic knitted and woven fabrics to post-processing methods like dyeing and embroidery. Each year will have a different theme, and the origins of traditional fabrics in China will be traced using surveys and field research. The project will utilize cutting-edge research methods to create an annual research summary of relevant fabrics.
